- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan (c) takrif “orang berkelayakan” dalam seksyen 3 Akta Profesion Undang-Undang 1976 [Akta 166], Lembaga Kelayakan mengisytiharkan bahawa mana-mana orang yang menjadi peguam cara Mahkamah Senior England dan Wales ialah orang berkelayakan bagi maksud Akta mulai 1 Oktober 2009. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (c) of the definition of “qualified person” in section 3 of the Legal Profession Act 1976 [Act 166], the Qualifying Board declares that any person who is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales is a qualified person for the purposes of the Act with effect from 1 October 2009.
