Lembaga Kelayakan mengisytiharkan bahawa mana-mana orang yang telah lulus peperiksaan akhir yang dikendalikan oleh Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin yang membawa kepada kelulusan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Undang-Undang (Kepujian) ialah orang berkelayakan bagi maksud Akta mulai 18 Oktober 2015.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (c) of the definition of “qualified person” in section 3 of the Legal Profession Act 1976 [Act 166], the Qualifying Board declares that any person who has passed the final examination conducted by the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin leading to the qualification of a Degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) is a qualified person for the purposes of the Act with effect from 18 October 2015.
