Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi “Aman Youyi 2016” oleh Angkatan

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts—

(a)

the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from the application of subsection 3(2)

of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the “Aman Youyi 2016” by the Malaysian Armed Forces with the Chinese People’s Liberation Army; and

(b)

the

Army from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the

“Aman Youyi 2016” by the Malaysian Armed Forces with the Chinese

to 25 November 2016.
