Malaysia dan pegawai

Kastam Diraja Malaysia daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan pegawai Kastam Diraja Malaysia dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang dikeluarkan kepada Pengarah Akademi Kastam Diraja Malaysia berhubung dengan senjata dan amunisi itu adalah berkuat kuasa; dan

(b)

Pengarah Kastam Negeri, Melaka, semua pegawai Jabatan Kastam Diraja

Malaysia, Melaka, Pengarah Kastam Negeri, Pahang dan semua pegawai

NOTIFICATON UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts—

(a)

the Director of the Royal Malaysian Customs Academy and officers of the Royal Malaysian Customs from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training of officers of the Royal Malaysian Customs provided that the arms licence issued to the Director of the Royal Malaysian Customs Academy in relation to such arms and ammunition is in force; and

(b)

the State Director of Customs, Malacca, all officers of the Royal Malaysian

Customs Department, Malacca, the State Director of Customs, Pahang and all officers of the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Pahang from the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of enforcement duties provided that the arms licence issued to the State Director of Customs, Malacca and the State Director of Customs, Pahang respectively in relation to such arms and ammunition is in force.
