- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pasukan Khas Tentera Amerika Syarikat daripada pemakaian—

perenggan 5(1) (a), (b), (c), (d) dan (e) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi
“Latihan Perlindungan Baki Kuasa Angin Vektor oleh Angkatan Tentera
Malaysia - Pasukan Khas Tentera Amerika Syarikat”.

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States of America Military Special Force from the application—
(a)
of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the “Vector Balance Flash Mint Force
Protection Training Exercise by the Malaysian Armed Forces - United States of America Military Special Force”; and
(b)
of paragraphs 5(1) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the
“Vector Balance Flash Mint Force Protection Training Exercise by the
Malaysian Armed Forces - United States of America Military Special Force”.
Seksyen 2
This Notification is deemed to have effect for the period from 15 February 2017
to 25 March 2017.
