Opening note

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts Michael R. Pompeo, United States Secretary of State and his officials from the application of subsection 3(2) and paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s Official Working Visit to Malaysia.
