PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Trup Khas Tentera Amerika Syarikat daripada pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) dan perenggan 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) dan (e) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi “Serangan Seimbang 18-2450 oleh Angkatan Tentera Malaysia dan Trup Khas Tentera Amerika Syarikat”.

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Special Troops of the United States Army from the application of subsection 3(2) and paragraphs 5(1)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the “Balance Mint 18-2450 by Malaysian Armed Forces and the Special Troops of the United States”.

This Notification is deemed to have effect for the period from 4 August 2018

to 20 September 2018.
