Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States of America Special Forces Command from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the Joint Combined Exchange Training Balance Mint 23-2437 between the

Command and the Special Actions Unit, Royal Malaysia Police in Ipoh, Perak provided that the arms license granted to the United States of America Special Forces

Command in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

(b)

the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Joint Combined

Exchange Training Balance Mint 23-2437 with the Special Actions Unit,

Royal Malaysia Police in Ipoh, Perak.
