  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah Alphine Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd. dan ejennya daripada—

(a)

pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Langkawi

International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023 (LIMA 2023)

dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada

Pengarah Alphine Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd. dan ejennya berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa; dan

Suggest a fix

(b)

pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023

(LIMA 2023).

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Preamble

Suggest a fix
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of Alphine Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd. and his agents from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the Langkawi

International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023 (LIMA 2023)

provided that the arms license granted to the Director of Alphine

Integrated Solution Sdn. Bhd. and his agents in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

Suggest a fix

(b)

the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2023

(LIMA 2023).
