Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 8 Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], Perdana Menteri menetapkan 10 dan 11 Mei 2018 sebagai hari kelepasan am di Semenanjung Malaysia kecuali Johor, Kedah, Kelantan dan Terengganu pada 10 dan 13 Mei 2018, bagi tahun 2018 sahaja sebagai tambahan kepada hari yang disebut dalam

Jadual Pertama Akta.

HOLIDAYS ACT 1951

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 8

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8

of the

Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369], the Prime Minister appoints 10 and 11 May 2018

as a public holiday in Peninsular Malaysia except Johore, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu on 10 and 13 May 2018, for the year of 2018 only in addition to the days mentioned in the First Schedule of the Act.
