Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 3(3) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan permohonan untuk mengundi melalui pos oleh orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual boleh dibuat mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan tarikh akhir untuk membuat permohonan diperihalkan dalam ruang (3).

ELECTIONS (POSTAL VOTING) REGULATIONS 2003

NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBREGULATION 3(3)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 3(3)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election

Commission prescribes an application to vote by post by the person specified in column (1) of the Schedule may be made with effect from the date specified in column (2) and the deadline to make the application is described in column (3).
