Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 3(3) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan bahawa permohonan untuk mengundi melalui pos oleh orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual boleh dibuat mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan tarikh akhir untuk membuat permohonan itu adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 3(3)

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission prescribes that an application to vote by post by persons specified in column (1) of the
