  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 3(3) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan permohonan untuk mengundi melalui pos oleh orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual boleh dibuat mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan tarikh akhir untuk membuat permohonan itu yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (3) bagi maksud pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri N.32 Seri Setia dalam Negeri Selangor.

NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBREGULATION 3(3) FOR THE PURPOSE OF

BY-ELECTION FOR THE SEAT OF THE STATE ASSEMBLY N.32 SERI SETIA

IN THE STATE OF SELANGOR

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 3(3)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission prescribes an application to vote by post by persons specified in column (1) of the

Schedule may be made with effect from the date specified in column (2) and the deadline to make the application is described in column (3) for the purpose of by-election for the seat of the State Assembly N.32 Seri Setia in the State of Selangor.
