  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subperaturan 3(3) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan bahawa permohonan untuk mengundi melalui pos oleh orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual boleh dibuat mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan tarikh akhir untuk membuat permohonan itu adalah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) bagi maksud pilihan raya umum bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Melaka.

ELECTIONS (POSTAL VOTING) REGULATIONS 2003

NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBREGULATION 3(3) FOR THE PURPOSE OF

GENERAL ELECTION FOR THE SEAT OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY

OF THE STATE OF MALACCA

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 3(3)

of the

Elections (Postal Voting) Regulations 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], the Election Commission prescribes that an application to vote by post by persons specified in column (1) of the

Schedule may be made with effect from the date specified in column (2) and the deadline for making the application is as specified in column (3) for the purpose of general election for the seat of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Malacca.
