- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 42(1) Akta Antipemerdagangan Orang dan Antipenyeludupan Migran 2007 [Akta 670], Menteri mengisytiharkan Rumah Perlindungan Kanak-Kanak, Jalan Yahya Aldatar, 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor sebagai tempat perlindungan bagi jagaan dan perlindungan orang yang diperdagangkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2012. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 42(1) of the Anti-Trafficking In Persons and Anti-Smuggling Of Migrants Act 2007 [Act 670], the Minister declares the Rumah Perlindungan Kanak-Kanak, Jalan Yahya Aldatar, 80300 Johor Bahru, Johor, as a place of refuge for the care and protection of trafficked persons with effect from 1 October 2012.
