- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], sebagaimana yang diperluas dan diubah suai oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Peluasan dan Ubah Suaian Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951) 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005], Perdana Menteri menetapkan 3 Februari 2014 sebagai hari kelepasan am di Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan bagi tahun 2014 sahaja. HOLIDAYS ACT 1951 NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBSECTION 9(2)

- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(2) of the Holidays Act 1951 [Act 369], as extended and modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Holidays Act 1951) Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005], the Prime Minister appoints 3 February 2014 as a public holiday in the Federal Territory of Labuan for the year 2014 only.
