- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Hari Kelepasan 1951 [Akta 369], Perdana Menteri menetapkan 3 Disember 2021 sebagai hari kelepasan am Wilayah Persekutuan di Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya bagi tahun 2021 sahaja.
