- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 37(4) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 [Act 514], the Minister has on 22 January 2014 approved the industry code of practice known as the Industry Code of Practice on Chemicals Classification and Hazard Communication. Revocation 2. The Industry Code of Practice on Chemicals Classification and Hazard Communication published in P.U. (B) 250/2012 on 31 July 2012 is revoked.
