- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 37(4) Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 [Akta 514], Menteri telah pada 26 Jun 2019 meluluskan tataamalan industri yang dikenali sebagai Tataamalan Industri bagi Pengurusan Pendedahan Bising Pekerjaan dan Pemuliharaan Pendengaran. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 37(4) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 [Act 514], the Minister has on 26 June 2019 approved the industry code of practice known as the Industry Code of Practice for Management of Occupational Noise Exposure and Hearing Conservation.
