PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 11(ca) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 108/2003 pada 3 Mac 2003, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberitahu bahawa sempadan Seksyen 63 Bandar Kuala Lumpur diubah dengan menambah kepada kawasan Seksyen 57 Bandar Kuala Lumpur, kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan warna kelabu di atas Pelan Warta No. 543 yang disimpan di pejabat Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Wilayah Persekutuan.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTIFICATION OF ALTERATION OF THE BOUNDARY OF TOWN OF KUALA LUMPUR

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11(ca)

of the

National Land Code [Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of

National Land Code) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 108/2003

on 3 March 2003, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur notifies that the boundary of Section 63 Town of Kuala Lumpur is altered by adding to the area of Section 57 Town of Kuala Lumpur, the area described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. 543 in grey which deposited in the office of the Department of Survey and Mapping of Federal Territory.
