Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 11(ca) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 108/2003 pada 3 Mac 2003, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberitahu bahawa sempadan Seksyen 90 Bandar Kuala Lumpur dan Mukim Ampang diubah dengan menambah kepada kawasan Seksyen 90 Bandar Kuala Lumpur dan Mukim Ampang, kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan warna kelabu di atas Pelan Warta No. 567 yang disimpan di pejabat Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Wilayah Persekutuan.

Ampang is altered by adding to the areas of

Town of Kuala Lumpur and Mukim Ampang, the areas described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. 567 in grey which is deposited in the office of the Department of Survey and Mapping of the Federal Territory.
