NOTIFICATION OF AUTHORIZED PERSON TO COMPOUND INSTRUMENT
UNDER SUBSECTION 9(1)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1)
of the
Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Collector authorizes the persons specified in column (1) of the Schedule to compound for the payment of duty on the instrument specified in column (2) which is chargeable with stamp duty under the Item in the First Schedule of the Act specified in column (3).
