- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Public Trust Corporation Act 1995 [Act 532], the Minister has approved the officers of the Corporation named in the Schedule to institute, appear in and conduct, on behalf of the Corporation, any proceeding involving the Corporation.
