- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan 2011 [Akta 723], Menteri telah melantik Pengarah Kanan Perkhidmatan Farmasi sebagai Timbalan Pengawal Harga bagi maksud Perintah Kawalan Harga dan Antipencatutan (Penentuan Harga Maksimum) 2022 [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering Act 2011 [Act 723], the Minister has appointed the Senior Director of Pharmaceutical Services as the Deputy Price Controller for the purposes of the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering (Determination of Maximum Price) Order 2022 [P.U.
