- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 28 Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka telah diluluskan pendaftarannya dan diberi hak pembiak baka bermula dari tarikh seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.
