Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 399(2)(f) Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa kelas orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang Jadual yang berkhidmat di Kementerian Kesihatan, Malaysia dan yang menyediakan laporan mengenai mana-mana orang, perkara atau benda yang dirujuk kepada Jabatan itu untuk pemeriksaan atau penganalisisan, ialah suatu kelas orang yang kepadanya peruntukan dalam seksyen 399 Kanun Tatacara Jenayah hendaklah terpakai.

Perisytiharan di bawah perenggan (1) hendaklah terpakai kepada kelas orang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bagi tempoh yang mereka tetap berkhidmat di Kementerian Kesihatan, Malaysia.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 399(2)(f) of the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], the Minister declares that the class of persons specified in the Schedule employed in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia and who prepare reports on any person, matter or thing referred to the Department for examination or analysis, is a class of persons to whom the provisions of section 399 of the Criminal Procedure Code shall apply.

(2)

The declaration under paragraph (1) shall apply to the class of persons specified in the Schedule for the period that they remain employed in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
