- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Menteri mengisytiharkan kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas.

FREE ZONES ACT 1990
FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) NOTIFICATION 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990
[Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area)
Notification 2012.
(2)
This Notification comes into operation on 10 May 2012.
Declared Area 2.
The Minister declares the area specified in the Schedule as a free industrial zone.
