FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) NOTIFICATION 2015

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990

[Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement 1.

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area)

Notification 2015.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 24 April 2015.

Declared Area 2.

The Minister declares the areas specified in the Schedule as free industrial zones.
