MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2015 yang diperakui dan diwartakan pada 9 Mac 2016 [P.U. (B) 97/2016], Daftar Pemilih bagi Pilihan Raya Umum Dewan Undangan Negeri bagi Negeri Sarawak yang diperakui dan diwartakan pada 15 April 2016 [P.U. (B) 150/2016], Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2015 Yang Dikemaskini yang diperakui dan diwartakan pada 13 Mei 2016 [P.U. (B) 217/2016], Daftar Pemilih bagi Pilihan Raya Kecil P. 093 Sungai Besar yang diperakui pada 13 Mei 2016 dan diwartakan pada 16 Mei 2016 [P.U. (B) 219/2016], Daftar Pemilih bagi Pilihan Raya Kecil P. Kuala Kangsar yang diperakui pada 13 Mei 2016 dan diwartakan pada 17 Mei 2016 [P.U. Opening note

Preamble

PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2015 certified and gazetted on 9 March 2016 [P.U. (B) 97/2016], the Electoral Roll for the General Election of the Dewan Undangan Negeri of the State of Sarawak certified and gazetted on 15 April 2016 [P.U.

150/2016], the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2015 That Has Been Updated which was certified and gazetted on 13 May 2016 [P.U. (B) 217/2016], the Electoral Roll for the by-election of P. 093 Sungai Besar certified on 13 May 2016 and gazetted on 16 May 2016

[P.U. (B) 219/2016], the Electoral Roll for the by-election of P. 067 Kuala Kangsar certified on 13 May 2016 and gazetted on 17 May 2016 [P.U. (B) 221/2016], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2016 certified and gazetted on 19 July 2016 [P.U. (B) 318/2016], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2016 (No. 2) certified on 19 July 2016 and gazetted on 20 July 2016 [P.U. (B) 319/2016], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2016 (No. 3) certified and gazetted on 27 September 2016

[P.U. (B) 425/2016], the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2016 certified on 27 September 2016 and gazetted on 28 September 2016

[P.U. (B) 426/2016] and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the Second Quarter of the Year 2016 (No. 2) certified and gazetted on 23 December 2016 [P.U. (B) 519/2016]

shall be used in the by-election of the N. 03 Tanjong Datu in the State of Sarawak.
