- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2019 sebagaimana yang diperaku semula pada 24 Februari 2020 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 25 Februari 2020 dalam P.U. (B) 142/2020 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2020 yang telah diperaku dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 1 Julai 2020 dalam P.U. (B) 306/2020 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya kecil bagi kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri N.58 Slim dalam Negeri Perak. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2019 as re-certified on 24 February 2020 and published in the Gazette on 25 February 2020 in P.U. (B) 142/2020 and the Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2020 that has been certified and published in the Gazette on 1 July 2020 in P.U. (B) 306/2020 shall be used in the by-election for the seat of the State Legislative Assembly N.58 Slim in the State of Perak.
