- MENURUT peraturan 9 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menentukan bahawa Daftar Pemilih Induk Tahun 2019 dan Daftar Pemilih Tambahan bagi Suku Pertama Tahun 2020 yang diperaku pada 17 Julai 2020 dan disiarkan dalam Warta pada 12 Ogos 2020 dalam P.U. (B) 377/2020 hendaklah digunakan dalam pilihan raya umum Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Sabah. Preamble
- PURSUANT to regulation 9 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission determines that the Principal Electoral Roll of the Year 2019 and Supplementary Electoral Roll for the First Quarter of the Year 2020 certified on 17 July 2020 and published in the Gazette on 12 August 2020 in P.U. (B) 377/2020 shall be used in the general election of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Sabah.
