FEDERAL LANDS COMMISSIONER ACT 1957
DESIGNATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 5(1)(b)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b)
of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner has designated the officers named in column (1) of the Schedule to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all deeds, documents and other instruments, relating to land applications, grant drafts, documents for charge and discharge of charge, requiring the seal of the Corporation and to sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments for the purpose of subsection 5(1) of the Act, for the period the officers serve with the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines, with effect from the dates specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
