PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan telah menetapkan pegawai yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk menyaksikan peletakan meterai Perbadanan pada semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang menghendaki meterai Perbadanan dan untuk menandatangani semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain itu bagi maksud subseksyen 5(1) Akta selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Persekutuan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual.

FEDERAL LANDS COMMISSIONER ACT 1957

DESIGNATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 5(1)(b)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b)

of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands

Commissioner has designated the officers named in column (1) of the Schedule to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation and to sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments for the purposes of subsection 5(1) of the Act for the period the officers serve with the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines with effect from the dates specified in column (2) of the Schedule.
