PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Menteri Kewangan (Pemerbadanan) 1957 [Akta 375], Menteri menetapkan Timbalan Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan (Polisi), Setiausaha dan Timbalan Setiausaha Bahagian Fiskal dan Ekonomi, Ketua Sekysen dan Ketua Penolong Setiausaha Bahagian Fiskal dan Ekonomi, Kementerian Kewangan sebagai pegawai—

(a)

yang di hadapannya semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang berkaitan dengan pentadbiran dan pelaksanaan apa-apa keputusan yang dibuat oleh Menteri Kewangan bagi maksud menyampaikan, melaksanakan atau menyempurnakan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Perbadanan berhubung dengan penerbitan Sukuk Global 2016

yang memerlukan meterai Perbadanan hendaklah dimeteraikan; dan

(b)

yang dari kalangan mereka sekurang-kurangnya dua hendaklah menandatangani semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara itu yang padanya meterai itu dicapkan.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Minister of Finance (Incorporation) Act 1957 [Act 375], the Minister of Finance designates the Deputy Secretary General to the Treasury (Policy), Undersecretary and Deputy Undersecretary of the Fiscal and Economics Division, Head Section and Principal Assistant Secretary of the Fiscal and Economics Division, Ministry of Finance, as the officers—

(a)

in whose presence all deeds, documents and other instruments in connection with the administration and implementation of any decision made by the Minister of Finance for the purpose of conveying, implementing or executing the decision made by the Corporation in relation to the issuance of Sukuk Global 2016 requiring the seal of the

Corporation shall be sealed; and

(b)

from among whom at least two shall sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments to which the seal is affixed.
