- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32], dan yang diwakilkan kepada Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/68, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Rang Undang-Undang Syarikat 2015 yang akan dikemukakan dalam Mesyuarat Ketiga, Penggal Ketiga, Parlimen Ketiga Belas ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris. - IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by section 6 of the National Language Acts 1963/67 [Act 32], and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. 33/68, the Prime Minister prescribes that the authoritative text of the Companies Bill 2015 to be introduced in the Third Meeting of the Third Session of the Thirteenth Parliament is the text in the English language.
