- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Yang di-Pertuan Agong oleh seksyen 6 Akta Bahasa Kebangsaan 1963/67 [Akta 32] dan yang diwakilkan kepada Perdana Menteri di bawah P.U. 33/1968, Perdana Menteri menetapkan bahawa naskhah sahih bagi Akta Akses kepada Sumber Biologi dan Perkongsian Faedah 2017 [Akta 795] dan mana-mana perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawahnya ialah naskhah dalam bahasa Inggeris. - IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Yang di-Pertuan Agong by section 6 of the National Language Acts 1963/67 [Act 32] and delegated to the Prime Minister under P.U. 33/1968, the Prime Minister prescribes that the authoritative text of the Access to Biological Resources and Benefit Sharing Act 2017 [Act 795] and any subsidiary legislation made under it is the text in the English language.
