- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Kesihatan Mental 2001 [Akta 615], Menteri menetapkan seluruh atau mana-mana bahagian Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya sebagai hospital psikiatri kerajaan bagi kemasukan, penahanan, penginapan, jagaaan, rawatan, pemulihan, pengawalan dan perlindungan orang-orang bercelaru mental berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Jun 2010. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Mental Health Act 2001 [Act 615], the Minister appoints the whole or any part of University Malaya Medical Centre as government psychiatric hospital for the admission, detention, lodging, care, treatment, rehabilitation, control and protection of persons who are mentally disordered with effect from 15 June 2010.
