- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 dalam takrif “jarak yang ditetapkan” Akta Kehadiran Wajib Pesalah-Pesalah 1954 [Akta 461], Menteri menetapkan jarak yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual berhubung dengan Pusat Kehadiran Wajib yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) sebagai suatu jarak yang ditetapkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2012.

OFFENDERS COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE ACT 1954
PRESCRIPTION OF PRESCRIBED DISTANCE UNDER SECTION 2
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 in the definition of “prescribed distance” of the Offenders Compulsory Attendance Act 1954 [Act 461], the Minister prescribes the distance specified in column (2) of the Schedule in relation to the
Compulsory Attendance Centres specified in column (1) to be a prescribed distance with affect from 1 October 2012.
