- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Trafik Ampang Jaya, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Ampang Jaya, Selangor dan lokap di Balai Polis Wallace Bay, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Tawau, Sabah sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang, yang direman atau dihukum dengan apa-apa tempoh pemenjaraan, tidak melebihi satu bulan. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Ampang Jaya Traffic Police Station, Ampang Jaya District Police Headquarters, Selangor and the lock-up at the Wallace Bay Police Station, Tawau District Police Headquarters, Sabah to be places for the confinement of persons, remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment, not exceeding one month.
