- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1A) Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri menetapkan lokap di Balai Polis Trafik Ampang Jaya, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Ampang Jaya, Selangor dan lokap di Balai Polis Wallace Bay, Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Tawau, Sabah sebagai tempat bagi pengurungan orang yang direman di bawah Akta Pencegahan Jenayah 1959 [Akta 297] dan Akta Pencegahan Keganasan 2015 [Akta 769]. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1A) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-up at the Ampang Jaya Traffic Police Station, Ampang Jaya District Police Headquarters, Selangor and the lock-up at the Wallace Bay Police Station, Tawau District Police Headquarters, Sabah to be places for the confinement of persons remanded under the Prevention of Crime Act 1959 [Act 297] and the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2015 [Act 769].
