PRISON ACT 1995

APPOINTMENT OF LOCK-UP TO BE A PLACE OF CONFINEMENT

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister appoints the lock-ups at the police stations specified in the Schedule to be a places for the confinement of persons, remanded or sentenced to such terms of imprisonment, not exceeding one month.
