- MENURUT perenggan (b) takrif “pegawai yang diberi kuasa” dalam subseksyen 2(1) Akta Racun Makhluk Perosak 1974 [Akta 149], Menteri menetapkan pegawai awam yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai yang diberi kuasa selama tempoh pegawai awam itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Pertanian berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Januari 2022.
