  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 73 Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri menetapkan kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai Sekolah Henry Gurney bagi tujuan Akta ini, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2015.

Kawasan dan semua bangunan yang dikelilingi pagar dawai berangkai yang terletak di atas Lot 862, Blok 4, Daerah Tanah Sentah Segu, Kuching, Sarawak dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Sekolah Henry Gurney, Puncak Borneo, Kuching, Sarawak”.

CHILD ACT 2001

APPOINTMENT OF HENRY GURNEY SCHOOL

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the area specified in the Schedule to be a Henry Gurney School for the purposes of this Act, with effect from 1 June 2015.
