- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(3) Akta Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Awam 2007 [Akta 672], Menteri menetapkan 1 September 2011 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa di Negeri Perlis, Kedah, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka dan Johor, dan Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dan Putrajaya. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(3) of the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 [Act 672], the Minister appoints 1 September 2011 as the date on which the Act comes into operation in the States of Perlis, Kedah, Pahang, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Johore, and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
