- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 [Act 775], the Minister appoints 1 August 2016 as the date on which sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 60 and 61 and subsections 63(1) and (3) of the Act come into operation.
