- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1518], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, appoints 1 January 2017 as the date on which the Act comes into operation in the States of Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Terengganu except section 29.
