- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Bekalan Gas (Pindaan) 2016 [Akta A1515], Menteri menetapkan 16 Januari 2017 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa kecuali seksyen 4A dan menurut subseksyen 1(4) Akta, seksyen 4A mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh Akta ini disiarkan dalam Warta pada 9 September 2016. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Gas Supply (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1515], the Minister appoints 16 January 2017 as the date on which the Act comes into operation except section 4A and pursuant to subsection 1(4) of the Act, section 4A comes into operation on the date this Act is published in the Gazette on 9 September 2016.
