- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Kanun Tanah Negara (Pindaan) 2016 [Akta A1516], Menteri, dengan kelulusan Majlis Tanah Negara, menetapkan 21 Julai 2017 sebagai tarikh seksyen 34 dan 76 Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa di Negeri Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor dan Terengganu. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the National Land Code (Amendment) Act 2016 [Act A1516], the Minister, with the approval of the National Land Council, appoints 21 July 2017 as the date on which sections 34 and 76 of the Act comes into operation in the States of Johore, Kedah, Kelantan, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Perlis, Selangor and Terengganu.
