- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Timbang dan Sukat (Pindaan) 2017 [Akta A1530], Menteri menetapkan 1 Ogos 2017 sebagai tarikh perenggan 2(b), seksyen 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 dan 10, dan perenggan 11(a) Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Weights and Measures (Amendment) Act 2017 [Act A1530], the Minister appoints 1 August 2017 as the date on which paragraph 2(b), sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, and paragraph 11(a) of the Act come into operation.
