- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 1(2) Akta Paten (Pindaan) 2022 [Akta A1649], Menteri menetapkan 18 Mac 2022 sebagai tarikh Akta itu mula berkuat kuasa kecuali seksyen 14, perenggan 26(a), seksyen 45 dan 47, perenggan 48(a), seksyen 55 dan perenggan 57(b). - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2) of the Patents (Amendment) Act 2022 [Act A1649], the Minister appoints 18 March 2022 as the date on which the Act comes into operation except section 14, paragraph 26(a), sections 45 and 47, paragraph 48(a), section 55 and paragraph 57(b).
